1. Acceptance and eligibility
By downloading, accessing, or using In Order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these terms in your location. If applicable law requires permission from a parent or guardian, you may use the service only with that permission.
2. The In Order service
In Order provides tools for task planning, schedules, points, reminders, timers, progress history, analytics, optional synchronization, an AI Assistant, and optional microphone voice input and AI-generated notification voices. Features may vary by device, operating system, network availability, account status, or staged release configuration.
Ordinary local planning features can be used without an account. Google Sign-In is required for cloud synchronization and account-based AI features.
3. Accounts and security
- You are responsible for access to your Google account and device.
- You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person.
- You must notify us if you believe your In Order account or synchronized information has been accessed without permission.
- Signing out does not delete your account. Account deletion is a separate permanent action.
- You may request deletion through the app or the account-deletion page.
4. Your content
You retain responsibility for the task names, schedules, reminder text, selected media, AI messages, voice-input transcripts you choose to send, and other content you provide. You grant us and our service providers a limited permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the features you request.
You must have the right to use any text, image, video, or other content you provide. Do not use In Order to store or process unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of others.
5. AI features and user responsibility
AI output can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing AI responses and task proposals before relying on or confirming them. In Order presents task changes for confirmation; AI suggestions are not a substitute for your judgment.
Optional voice input uses your device’s speech-recognition service and may require network processing. You are responsible for reviewing the recognized text before sending it to the AI Assistant.
- Do not rely on AI output as medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or emergency advice.
- Do not submit secrets, passwords, authentication tokens, or information you do not have permission to process.
- Do not use AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing material.
- Usage limits, safety filtering, temporary delays, and provider availability may affect AI requests.
- We may restrict AI access when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect users, control service integrity, or comply with law.
No guarantee of AI accuracy: always review an AI-generated answer, proposed task change, and generated notification content.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break applicable law or violate another person’s rights.
- Attempt to bypass authentication, account ownership, AI limits, safety controls, or storage restrictions.
- Interfere with, overload, reverse engineer, probe, or damage the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Use automated means to abuse the service or consume resources outside normal personal use.
- Upload malware or content intended to compromise a device, account, or service provider.
7. Reminders, timers, and notifications
Notification delivery depends on Android permissions, exact-alarm access, battery optimization, device settings, operating-system behaviour, and device availability. In Order cannot guarantee that every reminder or timer notification will arrive at an exact time. Do not use the app as the only reminder for emergencies, medication, safety, or another high-impact obligation.
8. Third-party services
The service relies on third parties such as Google, OpenAI, Supabase, device speech services, Android system services, and Google Play. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply. We are not responsible for an interruption or change caused solely by a third-party platform outside our reasonable control.
9. Intellectual property
The In Order name, logo, interface, software, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of the app or branding to you.
10. Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary. Cloud, AI, and notification features may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, provider limits, network failures, security incidents, or technical problems. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, In Order is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss caused by reliance on AI output, a missed notification, device failure, or a service-provider interruption. Any limitation applies only to the maximum extent allowed in your jurisdiction.
12. Suspension, termination, and deletion
You may stop using the service, sign out, or permanently delete your account. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security, legal requirements, or a material breach of these terms. Account deletion is governed by the account-deletion process and the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The current version will be posted here with a revised date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
14. Applicable law
These terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available in your place of residence. Any dispute should first be raised through the support contact so that we have a reasonable opportunity to address it.
