Delete your In Order account

Account deletion is permanent. You can start it inside the app or request it by email without reinstalling the app.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Open In Order and make sure you are signed in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings and go to the account section.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Read the warning and confirm the permanent deletion.

When the request succeeds, In Order deletes the cloud account and clears its account-scoped information from the app on that device.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email rohithjkumar10@gmail.com with the subject In Order account deletion request.

Send the request from the Google email address used for In Order, or include that address in your message. We may ask for limited information needed to verify account ownership before deleting it.

Never send your password, sign-in code, access token, or API key.

What account deletion removes

Deletion removes the account and associated cloud data, including:

  • Your In Order profile and Google account identifiers stored by In Order.
  • Synced tasks, schedules, progress entries, and user preferences.
  • AI Assistant conversations, messages (including voice-input transcripts you submitted), summaries, task proposals, actions, pending actions, reports, usage records, and AI disclosure records associated with the account.
  • AI-generated notification voice files and their account-linked records.
  • Account-scoped local task, progress, preference, and AI cache data when deletion is completed inside the app.

Deletion is irreversible. Deleted cloud information cannot be restored later by signing in again.

What is not deleted automatically

  • Your Google account is not deleted or changed.
  • Images or videos you selected for timers are stored locally on your device and may remain until you replace them, clear the app’s storage, or uninstall the app.
  • Information that must be retained for a limited period to meet legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute obligations may be kept only for that purpose.

Signing out or uninstalling In Order does not delete your cloud account. Use one of the deletion methods above.

Timing and help

We aim to complete a verified email deletion request within 30 days. Some requests may take longer when identity verification, security review, or applicable law requires it.
